"Shipping took forever"
I got annoyed waiting on this. It took days before they even shipped my order, and I don’t have the patience to sit around wondering when something is finally going to move...

The product itself was fine, and I didn’t have any major issues with the order at first. But when I needed to return it, the whole process was more annoying than I expected. The steps weren’t super clear, and it took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not the easiest return either

"Cute finds, easy enough"
I ordered a dress and a top, and I mostly just remember being happy when they showed up. Sure they came quicker than I expected, and they looked like the photos, which is always a relief. I don’t remember every little checkout detail, so it must’ve been straightforward enough. I did get order updates too. Nothing really went wrong, so I’d probably order again.

"Cute styles, but not the best first impression"
I’ll admit, blondieboutique.com has some really cute stuff, and I was excited when I first started browsing. But my first impression wasn’t great because a bunch of the things I actually liked were already out of stock. It’s frustrating to spend time looking around, find something cute, and then realize you can’t even buy it. I might check back again, but overall it was just okay for me

"Easy exchange, no real hassle"
I had to swap a dress for a different size, my brain files exchanges under “probably annoying,” but this one was painless. It took a few days for the new one to ship out, which wasn’t instant, but also wasn’t a big deal. Customer service got back to me fast enough when I had a question. My usual shortcut is: if the exchange doesn’t make me regret ordering, I’ll shop there again, and this passed that test

I had a problem with a return, and from what I remember, support mostly just gave me vague answers instead of actually sorting it out. I kept feeling like I was getting brushed off, which was really frustrating. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’d shop here again unless their customer service gets better.

I ordered a dress and the shipping took way longer then I expected. The website made it seem like it would come quick, but my order just sat there for days with barely any updates.

I kept having to check the tracking myself and it finally got here late. The dress is cute, so thats something, but the waiting was super annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Cute styles, but the sizing could be better"
I do think Blondie Boutique has some really cute clothes, and I wanted to like more of it, but the sizing feels limited. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like a lot of the pieces are made with one body type in mind. There aren’t many options for bigger bodies, which is kind of disappointing when you’re just trying to find cute stuff that fits too.

"Not feeling rewarded for staying loyal"
I’ve ordered from Blondie Boutique a few times now, and I expected a little more for being a repeat customer. The clothes are cute and I’ve generally liked what I’ve bought, but the loyalty perks don’t really feel like much, and it never seems like returning customers are actually recognized.

My most recent order was okay, but nothing about the experience felt special, and customer service was slower than I expected. I don’t want to write the shop off, but after sticking with them, I feel like some kind of credit, discount, or gesture would be fair to make up for the lack of appreciation

The styles are cute and definitely have that trendy look, which is why I picked it in the first place. I wouldn’t say it totally blew me away, but for something casual and fun, I feel like it was a decent choice

They did get back to me eventually, and the response was fine once it came through. But waiting a couple of days for an update was annoying, especially when I needed an answer sooner. They were polite enough, just really not great with timing.

"Fabric felt cheap and scratchy"
I’m disappointed with this. The fabric looked fine in the photos, but once I got it, it felt really thin, rough, and scratchy against my skin. It’s not soft at all, and I couldn’t imagine wearing it for more than a few minutes. For the price, I expected much better quality. I also tried reaching out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. Definitely wouldn’t order again
